Privacy Legislation
The General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) - known in English as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - will replace current privacy laws as of May 25, 2018. The AVG contains rules for processing personal data.
System adjustments made
The VMS system is AVG-proofed. By including:
- Processing purposes furnished;
- Data rejected candidates are automatically anonymized;
- Documents whose legal retention period has expired are automatically deleted.
Privacy Officer
Privacy Officer appointed. The Privacy Officer oversees compliance with the AVG. With the advent of the AVG, Staffing MS is required to appoint a Privacy Officer.
Data processing
Data processing mapped. Through a processing register, Staffing MS has a clear overview of the personal data being processed.
Privacy Statement updated
Privacy Statement updated in line with the AVG. The Privacy Statement will be available on the Hiring Desk as of May 25.
